THE DOWNLOAD SERVICE

By using this website, and by virtue of your payment of the required fee, you are permitted to download one copy of The Big Red Book of Outsourcing. Practical Logic Pty Ltd may terminate your licence to The Big Red Book of Outsourcing if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that you have infringed, or you have authorised another party to infringe, copyright or any other intellectual property law pertaining to the authorised use of The Big Red Book of Outsourcing.

Practical Logic Pty Ltd may terminate this agreement if the information you provide is incorrect or false. Practical Logic Pty Ltd may terminate this agreement for any other reason at its complete discretion.

Upon such termination you shall immediately cease using The Big Red Book of Outsourcing and you will have no further rights under your licence.

DISCLAIMER

The Big Red Book of Outsourcing is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied including without limitations accuracy, omissions, completeness or implied warranties or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or other incidental damages arising out of the use or the inability to use The Big Red Book of Outsourcing. You acknowledge that the use of this service is entirely at your own risk.

There are no promises, terms, conditions or obligations oral or written, express or implied other than those expressly contained in this document.
